6. Fair Play

7. Disputes

Any dispute regarding a game result or payout must be raised with our Customer Support team within 72 hours of the result being confirmed. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. Our server logs and game records shall constitute the final and definitive authority in all game-related disputes. Where a dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you have the right to escalate the matter to our licensing authority.
